Gates Air Conditioning opened in 1989 by Wayne Gates and Robert Schlebach both commited to reliable service. Jay Gates soon after joined the Gates Air Conditioning team to continue the company's family oriented legacy and experience. In 2012 Gates Air Conditioning congratulated Wayne Gates on his retirement and years of working together. Gates Air Conditioning has since then become incorporated and continues to strive for the same reliable service that was started back in 1989. Gates Air Conditioning is now owned by Robert Schlebach and Jay Gates.
